Here are a bunch of random pictures from the first few months of this year...

first day of ballet for Karah

Lys is a silly sleeper! Here she is laying almost completely in the hallway with books piled around her. She loves to sleep with books...I would think the poky edges would be irritating so I always move them once she's asleep. Funny girl!
Bunhead!
Alyssa's hair for church one day
Karah's got curled after this pic
I made a fun Valentine's Scavenger hunt this year for my girls
Each place had a little present and then an activity for us to do together
The girls love to make cookies. When they were done, they asked if they could pretty please bring a few of them to Birdie Crane along with a valentine they made for her. Of course I said yes. This was a few weeks before she died and looking back, it was nice to get to serve her one last time. Fill her with love, hugs and smiles! My girls sure love her!
We made pink dutch babies with strawberries on top for dinner-yum!
I got a special delivery from Brady at work this Valentine's day! Awe!
If you choose to play the staring game with my girls, these are a few of the faces made to distract the other player! haha
A fun date with Karah to see a play at Desert Star
We had a great time together!
Karah chose to do her report on Amelia Earhart. It was an interesting 'do I know my kid or what' experience. While Karah was at ballet one day, I went with Alyssa over to the library across the street. I saw a book on Amelia Earhart and thought, oh Karah would love this book. I even brought it back to dance with me because I knew she would want to start reading it while Alyssa was dancing. Karah comes running to me after class and says "Mom! I have to do a report and I want to do it on Amelia Earhart so we need to go to the library right now to get a book about her!" I said, 'a book like this?' and pulled out the book I had just grabbed. Yes!! Haha, it made me laugh! She's so stinking cute!
Alyssa is so sweet with little ones :)

My brave girl getting her labs done at PCMC. She is a big girl now and was responsible for keeping track of her lab order and turning it in. She did great!
Wow, this is a story! The girls made a zipline in the front yard...that's the short version. They sure crack me up!!

Karah took it upon herself to teach the kids to make boxes. They made a whole bunch then formed them into towers then could knock over. They had fun!
Time to take the boxes downstairs
Making a marketing advertisement
Signing 'contracts' to 'sell' product. They went through the whole flow chart from the marketing to legal, finance, purchasing, manufacturing and finally shipping the 'card' that they made out of legos. It was really neat!
Collecting components (legos)
building an ioDrive2 out of legos
nice work girls!
packaged them up and shipped them...to themselves to keep! :)
Karah is tough, she thinks she can carry her sister around...let's see how long this lasts! She actually held her longer than I thought she could-especially with all the giggling we were all doing!!
I thought we would do an experiment I saw on Pinterest...It didn't work. But we had fun anyways!
This is the view when I pick up the girls at daycare! <3
Well, hello cute girl!
